Make Clear Aligners a System — Not Another Headache.

Learn the clinical principles, workflows, and practice systems that make clear aligner therapy easier to diagnose, present, deliver, monitor, and finish — with more confidence for you and a better experience for your patients.

Clear aligners can be one of the most rewarding parts of general practice. They can also become one more complicated thing your team is trying to remember.

You may already be offering aligners, but the process still depends too much on you. Candidates are missed. Consults feel inconsistent. Records come back incomplete. Treatment plans sit untouched. Cases that should move forward stall somewhere between “I’m interested” and the first tray.

And when a case does start, you may still find yourself wondering:

  • Is this the right case for me?

  • What should I change before I approve the treatment plan?

  • How do I explain this without sounding like I’m selling dentistry?

  • What can my team own — and what still needs my clinical attention?

  • How do I monitor more cases without filling my schedule with unnecessary checks?

  • How do I finish predictably when the case does not follow the original plan?

The problem is not that you need more disconnected tips. You need a system that connects the clinical decisions, patient conversation, team workflow, and follow-through.

Introducing The ACE Aligner System — A Clear Aligner Workflow Your Entire Practice Can follow.

Not a script you force onto every patient. Not a library of videos you never finish. A practical system that helps the right cases move forward — while keeping you in clinical control.

When the process is clear, the experience changes for everyone:

  • You diagnose and select cases with clearer boundaries.

  • Your team recognizes opportunities and knows what happens next.

  • Patients receive a visual, educational conversation instead of a pressure-filled pitch.

  • Records, submissions, monitoring, and follow-up move through a repeatable workflow.

  • You can see where cases are stalling and improve the process deliberately.

Dr. Phil Acevedo

“Highest-producing dentist in a 60-doctor organization in 2024”

This Isn’t Theory. It’s the System I Use in My Own Practice.

Everything I teach inside The ACE Aligner System comes from doing the work chairside: identifying candidates during everyday dentistry, helping patients understand the value of treatment, reviewing treatment plans, managing clinical steps, building team accountability, and getting cases to the finish line.

The ACE Aligner System is designed for general dentists because it was built by one.

  • Clinical principles that help you know which cases belong in your lane

  • A consult framework that is educational, visual, and repeatable

  • Practical team roles that support the process without replacing the doctor

  • Documentation and follow-through systems that keep cases from disappearing

  • Remote-monitoring workflows that protect your time while keeping you connected to progress

  • Troubleshooting and finishing principles for the moments when treatment does not go exactly as planned

This Is What Your Practice Looks Like When You Use The ACE Aligner System.

01.

You stop guessing which cases to take.

You use clear screening principles to recognize straightforward cases, identify complexity early, and know when referral or additional support is the better decision.

02.

Your consult follows a framework — not a mood.

You know what to show, what to explain, and how to help patients make an informed decision without pressure.

03.

Your team knows its role.

Hygiene, assistants, and the front office help identify candidates, prepare records, reinforce next steps, and prevent opportunities from slipping through the cracks.

04.

Your cases move with fewer avoidable delays.

The workflow from records to submission, delivery, monitoring, refinement, and retention becomes easier to track and improve.

Aligners become a part of your practice you can grow intentionally.

Instead of hoping for a good month, you have a process you can measure, coach, and strengthen over time.

Imagine What Clear Aligners Could Feel Like 90 Days from Now.

You recognize the right patients earlier — and know which cases not to take. Your consultations feel calm, visual, and consistent.

Your team knows the next step without waiting for you to rebuild the process. Your records and submissions move forward with fewer avoidable delays.

You know which cases are progressing and which need your attention. You are growing because the system is getting stronger — not because you are working harder around the chaos.

That is the goal: not simply more starts, but better control of the entire patient and practice experience.

You Already Have the Patients. Build the System to Serve Them Better.

  • The ACE Aligner System gives general dentists a step-by-step path for turning clear aligner therapy into a confident, repeatable part of everyday practice.

  • The ACE Aligner System brings the clinical, communication, and operational pieces together so you are not solving the same problems from scratch with every patient.

Built after other dentists kept asking "how are you doing this?"

About Dr. Phil

Built Chairside. Shaped by a Systems Mindset.

I did not begin my career in a lecture hall. I grew up working in construction, learning that the quality of the result depends on the process underneath it. Later, as a certified dental technician, I learned to see dentistry from the laboratory side — where planning, precision, and communication determine whether the final result works.

When I became a general dentist, I carried that same systems mindset into the operatory. I wanted clear aligners to be more than something I occasionally offered. I wanted a process my team could understand, my patients could trust, and I could deliver consistently alongside the rest of a busy restorative practice.

Over time, other dentists began asking the same question: “How are you doing this?”

This program is my answer. It is the clinical principles, conversations, checklists, handoffs, and workflows I use in real practice — organized so another general dentist can learn them, apply them, and make them their own.

 Frequently Asked Questions

Who this is for

Already offer clear aligners — or are genuinely preparing to make them part of their practice

  • Want stronger clinical judgment, not just more marketing

  • Are tired of rebuilding the workflow one case at a time

  • Want their team involved in the process while maintaining appropriate doctor oversight

  • Will implement, measure, and improve a system instead of passively watching content

It is not designed for someone looking for done-for-you lead generation, a pressure-based sales script, or a passive content library with no intention of changing how the practice operates.

Do I need to be experienced with clear aligners?

No. The system builds a strong foundation within appropriate clinical boundaries. If you already have experience, it helps you identify where your workflow is inconsistent and where cases are getting stuck.

What You'll Learn Inside the ACE Aligner System

Module 1 — See the Opportunity

Recognize the patients already in your practice who may benefit from treatment. Learn how to connect crowding, wear, recession, hygiene challenges, and restorative planning to a clear clinical conversation — not just a cosmetic one.

Module 2 — Choose the Right Cases

Use practical case-selection principles to separate straightforward cases from those that require more experience, support, or referral. Start with clarity about what is in your lane.

Module 3 — Run a Better Consult

Guide patients from what you see to what it means and what can be done. Use visuals, simulation, and simple language to create understanding without pressure.

Module 4 — Capture Submission-Ready Records

Build a repeatable photo, scan, documentation, and submission process so cases are complete, organized, and ready to move forward.

Module 5 — Review Treatment Plans with Confidence

Understand what to evaluate before approval, which movements deserve closer attention, what to adjust, and when to ask for help.

Module 6 — Deliver the Clinical Steps Reliably

Create consistent chairside workflows for attachments, IPR, delivery, patient instructions, and the common clinical steps that can create frustration when the process is not standardized.

Module 7 — Build the Team Workflow

Clarify what the doctor, hygienist, assistant, and front office each own. Use huddles, handoffs, and follow-up so cases keep moving while clinical decisions stay with the doctor.

Module 8 — Monitor Progress Without Losing Control

Use a structured monitoring process to identify what is tracking, what needs attention, and when an in-person visit is truly necessary.

Module 9 — Troubleshoot, Refine, and Finish

Catch problems earlier, respond to compliance or tracking issues, make refinement decisions, and finish with a retention workflow that protects the result.

Is this mainly a sales course?

No. Communication and case acceptance are only part of the system. The program also covers case selection, records, treatment-plan review, clinical workflows, team roles, monitoring, troubleshooting, finishing, and retention.

Will this help my team too?

Yes. The training clarifies how hygiene, assistants, and the front office can support candidate identification, records, handoffs, follow-up, and patient communication while the doctor retains clinical responsibility.

What if a case does not track as planned?

You will learn a structured way to identify problems early, evaluate compliance and tracking, decide when an in-person visit is needed, and approach refinements and finishing more deliberately.
